1. Introduction

At Hypedge Network India Pvt. Ltd., we value transparency and fairness in all our dealings with participants.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of registrations and refund eligibility for Miss & Mrs Iconic India 2026.

By registering for the pageant, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

2. Registration Fees

All registration or participation fees paid for Miss & Mrs Iconic India are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, payments made for:

  • Online registration or audition entries
  • State or national-level participation
  • Grooming, training, or event-related bookings

These fees are used to cover administrative, operational, and production costs that begin immediately upon your registration.

3. Cancellation by Participant

If a participant chooses to withdraw or cancel their registration after payment due to personal, professional, or health reasons — no refund or credit will be issued.

However, participants may request consideration for future edition participation under special circumstances, subject to:

  • Written approval by the organizing team
  • Availability and discretion of Hypedge Network India Pvt. Ltd.

4. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer

In the rare case that the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or modified due to unforeseen situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies:

  • The organization reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event format (e.g., physical to virtual).
  • Registration fees will not be refunded, but participants may be allowed to transfer their participation to the rescheduled event or the next season.

Participants will be informed promptly through official communication channels.

5. Technical or Transaction Failures

If any payment is deducted but not successfully recorded, please email the transaction details to connect@hypedgegroup.com within 7 working days.
Our team will verify the issue with the payment gateway and initiate a resolution within 10–15 working days.

6. Substitution or Transfer

Registrations are made in the name of the individual applicant only and cannot be transferred, substituted, or reassigned to another person.

7. Agreement

By submitting your registration and completing the payment, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
