Miss & Mrs Iconic India

(Applicable to all contestants, voters, supporters, and participants accessing the Website or any Pageant-related service)

 

  1. INTRODUCTION & SCOPE

 

This Participation, Conduct & Voting Policy (“Policy”) governs the eligibility, registration, participation process, behavioural standards, safety obligations, and public voting framework for Miss & Mrs Iconic India, a national-level beauty and personality pageant organized by Hypedge Network India Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan (“Organizer”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”).

 

This Policy applies to:

  • All contestants under Miss Iconic India and Mrs Iconic India categories
  • All registered participants at any stage of the Pageant
  • All individuals participating in public voting or support activities
  • All users accessing https://missiconicindia.com (“Website”)

By registering, voting, attending auditions, or participating in any Pageant-related activity, you agree to be legally bound by this Policy along with the Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

2. PAGEANT STRUCTURE & CATEGORIES

 

Miss & Mrs Iconic India is conducted under two separate and independent categories:

 

A. Miss Iconic India

  • Age: 18–30 years
  • Marital Status: Unmarried only
  • Minimum Height: 5’2”
  • Auditions: Physical zonal auditions

B. Mrs Iconic India

  • Age: 21 years and above (no upper age limit)
  • Marital Status: Married / divorced / widowed
  • No minimum height requirement
  • Auditions: Virtual audition process

Nationality for both categories: Indian citizens only
Prior pageant experience: Not required

  • 3. REGISTRATION PROCESS

     

    3.1 Registration

    Participation begins with the successful completion of the official online registration form available on the Website, along with payment of the prescribed registration fee.

    3.2 Registration Fee

    • Amount: ?1,999
    • Nature: Non-refundable and non-transferable

    3.3 What Registration Includes

    The registration fee covers:

    • Basic entry into the Pageant
    • Profile evaluation and virtual screening
    • Contestant profile listing on the Website
    • Access to public support/voting visibility
    • Audition consideration (physical for Miss, virtual for Mrs)
    • Access to virtual grooming/orientation modules

    For physical auditions (Miss category), all travel and accommodation expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.

    Registration does not guarantee selection at any stage.

     

    4. PAGEANT PROCESS FLOW

     

    The Pageant is conducted through the following stages:

    1. Online Registration
    2. Virtual Screening
    3. Public Support & Voting Window
    4. Zonal Auditions
      • 5 Zones: North, South, East, West, Central
      • 10 Audition Cities (as announced)
    1. Zonal Shortlisting
      • 11 contestants selected per zone
    1. Semi-Finalists’ Grooming & PR Program
    2. Semi-Finale Round
    3. Grand Finale & Title Announcement

    Total Semi-Finalists: 55
    Total National Finalists: 25 (5 per zone)

    The Organizer reserves the right to:

    • Change audition formats
    • Conduct auditions virtually if required
    • Introduce wildcard or direct entries in case of vacant slots

    All such decisions shall be final.

     

    5. GROOMING, PR & ACCOMMODATION PROGRAM

     

    5.1 Program Overview

    Selected Semi-Finalists are required to attend a mandatory grooming, PR, and orientation program in Jaipur (venue to be announced).

    5.2 Duration

    • 6 Days, including:
      • Grooming & training
      • Rehearsals
      • Portfolio photoshoots
      • Media interactions
      • Semi-Finale and Grand Finale

    A detailed itinerary will be shared in advance.

    5.3 Fees

    • Amount: ?48,000 + 18% GST
    • Nature: Mandatory and non-refundable
    • Applicable only after official selection

    Failure to pay the grooming fee within the stipulated time will result in withdrawal of selection, and the opportunity may be passed to the next eligible contestant.

    5.4 Accommodation

    • Twin sharing accommodation
    • Meals included
    • Any damage to property will be chargeable to the participant

     

6. CODE OF CONDUCT & BEHAVIOURAL STANDARDS

 

6.1 Expected Conduct

All participants must maintain dignity, professionalism, discipline, and respectful behaviour towards:

  • Organizers and staff
  • Jury members
  • Fellow contestants
  • Sponsors and partners

6.2 Zero-Tolerance Policy

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate disqualification:

  • Harassment (verbal, physical, sexual, or online)
  • Abuse, threats, or intimidation
  • Discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or background
  • Substance misuse (alcohol/drugs) during official activities
  • Defamation or damage to the Pageant’s reputation

6.3 Social Media Conduct

Participants must refrain from:

  • Posting defamatory, misleading, or harmful content
  • Making false claims about selection or results
  • Sharing internal information without authorization

 

7. SAFETY, HEALTH & RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Participants confirm that they are medically and mentally fit to participate
  • Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk
  • Travel, insurance, and personal safety remain the participant’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
  • The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, illness, or accidents

 

8. POSH & GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

 

The Pageant follows principles aligned with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) standards.

Complaint Handling

  • Complaints may be reported confidentially to the Organizer
  • Complaints will be reviewed by an internal committee
  • Appropriate action will be taken based on findings

False or malicious complaints may attract disciplinary action.

9. PUBLIC SUPPORT & VOTING POLICY

 

9.1 Purpose of Voting

Public support allows audiences to encourage contestants and contributes to overall evaluation in a transparent and structured manner.

9.2 Voting Mechanism

Each verified support entry represents one official vote. To ensure authenticity, platform integrity, and verification, a nominal contribution is associated with each vote.

9.3 Voting Guidelines

  • Supporters may vote multiple times
  • Each vote is final and irreversible
  • Voting amount is non-refundable
  • Voting is available until zonal auditions

9.4 Weightage & Scoring

  • Public Support: 30%
  • Jury Evaluation: 70%

Percentile-Based Scoring:

  • Top 20% → 30 points
  • Next 10% → 25 points
  • Next 10% → 20 points
  • Next 30% → 15 points
  • Remaining → 10 points

Voting supports performance but does not replace jury judgment.

9.5 Anti-Fraud Measures

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Cancel invalid or suspicious votes
  • Disqualify contestants for misuse or manipulation

All decisions regarding voting integrity are final.

 

10. DISQUALIFICATION & TERMINATION

 

A participant may be disqualified or terminated from the Pageant without refund for:

  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Non-payment of applicable fees
  • Breach of conduct or safety rules
  • Misuse of voting or platform features
  • Actions that bring disrepute to the Pageant

11. FINAL AUTHORITY

 

All decisions taken by:

  • Hypedge Network India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Organizing committee
  • Pageant management

shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

 

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
