Eligibility, Process & Participation Guidelines

Miss & Mrs Iconic India

Before proceeding with registration, please review the following eligibility criteria, participation rules, and process flow carefully.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Applicable criteria for Miss Iconic India and Mrs Iconic India applicants.

  1. Age Criteria

    Miss Iconic India: Applicants must be natural-born females aged 18–30 years (as of 1st January of the competition year).

    Mrs Iconic India: Applicants must be natural-born females aged 21 years and above (no upper age limit)

    (Age proof documents will be mandatory.)

  2. Nationality

    Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

  3. Marital Status

    Miss Iconic India: Applicants must be unmarried and should have never been married before.

    Mrs Iconic India: Married / Divorced / Widowed / Separated.

  4. Height Requirement

    Miss Iconic India: Minimum 5’2”


    Mrs Iconic India: No minimum height requirement


  5. Experience

    No prior pageant or modelling experience is required.

    First-time participants are welcome.

2. Registration & Entry

  1. Registration is completed through the official website only: www.missiconicindia.com

  2. A one-time registration fee of ₹1,999 is applicable.

  3. The registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

  4. Registration includes:

    - Profile screening

    - Contestant profile listing

    - Audition access

    - Orientation and virtual guidance modules

3. Pageant Process & Stages

    The competition follows a structured national-level process:

  1. Step 1: Online Registration
    Submit the registration form with accurate personal details and photographs.
  2. Step 2: Virtual Screening

    Profiles are reviewed based on confidence, communication, grooming potential, and overall suitability.

  3. Step 3: Public Support Voting

    Participants receive public support through verified voting, which contributes 30% weightage to the overall score and builds early visibility.

  4. Step 4: Auditions

    Miss Iconic India: Physical zonal auditions across India


    Mrs Iconic India: Virtual auditions


  5. Step 5: Zonal Selection

    India is divided into
5 zones: North, South, East, West & Central


    11 participants from each zone
 are shortlisted as Semi-Finalists


  6. Step 6: Grooming & PR Program (Mandatory)


    Selected Semi-Finalists undergo a 6-day professional grooming and preparation program in Jaipur


  7. Step 7: Semi-Finale Round


    Participants are evaluated through stage rounds, presentations, and jury assessment.


  8. Step 8: Grand Finale


    25 National Finalists (5 from each zone) compete at the Grand Finale



    Winners and titleholders are crowned


4. Grooming & Participation Fee (Post-Selection)

  1. Applicable only after Semi-Finalist selection
  2. Fee: Grooming & Participation Fee, Applicable After selection to semi-finale
  3. Includes:

    4. - Professional grooming & training

    - Portfolio photoshoot

    - Rehearsals & stage training

    - Accommodation (twin sharing)

    - Meals during the program

  4. This fee is mandatory and non-refundable
  5. Non-payment will result in withdrawal of selection

5. Travel & Personal Expenses

  1. Travel to audition cities and grooming location is borne by the participant

  2. Personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility

6. Code of Conduct

    All participants are expected to:

  1. Maintain discipline and professionalism
  2. Respect organisers, trainers, staff, and fellow participants
  3. Follow instructions and schedules strictly
  4. Misconduct, false information, or policy violations may result in disqualification without refund.


7. Media & Content Usage

    By registering, participants consent to:

  1. Photography, videography, interviews, and promotional content
  2. Use of images/videos for digital, print, PR, sponsor, and archival purpose
  3. No royalty or compensation for such usage

8. Event Changes & Organiser Rights

  1. Audition dates, venues, schedules, or formats may be changed, postponed, or conducted virtually
if required
  2. In case of vacant slots, the organisers may allow wildcard or direct entries

  3. All decisions of the organisers and organising committee shall be final and binding


9. Post-Selection Agreements

    Shortlisted participants and winners will be required to sign applicable:

  1. Grooming & Accommodation Agreement
  2. Titleholder / Winner Agreement (winners only)


10. Important Declaration

    By submitting the registration form, the applicant confirms that:

  1. All information provided is true and accurate
  2. She has read and understood the rules and process

  3. She agrees to abide by the policies and decisions of the organisers
